General contracting conditions

1. reservation system

The Villasalegria.com website, managed by Eduardo Peña Hernandez, DNI 51455186T, allows you to make reservations in real time for any of our villas and for any date of the year, according to the conditions set forth herein.

To formalize a reservation you need:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have a valid credit or debit card (including security code if requested).

• Provide a contact phone and a valid email address for communications related to the reservation.

2. Confirmation and payment

• To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30 % of the total amount is required.

• Payment can be made by card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or PayPal.

• The remaining amount is paid upon arrival.

• According to Law 11/2021, cash payments greater than €1,000 are not accepted.

3. Cancellation and modification policy

• Cancellation in the first 24 hours after booking:
  full refund of 100 % of the amount paid.
• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival:
  partial refund of 50 % of the total amount of the reservation.
• Cancellation less than 30 days in advance or no presentation:
  The reservation is considered non-refundable, without right to return.
• In case of shortening the stay or changing the dates after the check-in has been made, No refund will be made.

4. Occupation and rules of use

• Minimum occupancy: 1 person

• Maximum occupancy: 6 people per villa

• The opening of bedrooms is subject to the number of guests and may have a supplement if the use of additional rooms is requested.

• Minimum stay: 4 nights (minimum of 7 nights in high season).

• Pets are not allowed.

• Each villa has a private parking space, mandatory during the stay.

5. clothing and coexistence

• In common areas such as the restaurant, adequate clothing is required.

• Barefoot, no shirt, or swimwear is allowed during breakfast, lunch or dinner times.

• Respectful behavior with the rest of the guests is expected.

6. promotions

• Reservations made through Villasalegria.com may benefit from discounts or exclusive advantages, clearly indicated during the reservation process.

• Promotions are not cumulative and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

7. Means of payment and currency

• All prices are expressed in euros (€).

• Conversions to other currencies, if shown, are indicative and may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by the bank or payment gateway.

8. right of withdrawal

In accordance with article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the accommodation services contracted for a specific date or period.

9. jurisdiction

For any legal dispute arising from the contract, both parties expressly submit to the courts and courts of Fuerteventura, renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond.   

Commercial Communications   

By accepting these conditions, the user consents that Villas Alegría can send him commercial and promotional information related to his accommodations, services and offers, through email, telephone, SMS or instant messaging applications such as WhatsApp.
The user may cancel these communications at any time by sending an email to booking@villasalegria.com.
